Kevin Stitt the governor of one state has spoken out about protecting children. “We can’t turn a blind eye,” he – he said.
Kevin Stitt is the conservative governor of Oklahoma. He recently admitted that it is his duty to protect children from transgender medical experiments.
I urge the legislature to ban all irreversible sex reassignment surgeries and hormone therapies for minors, next session in February 2023,” the governor said.
He also banned the transfer of money for this purpose to one of the hospitals. He stressed that the action he has taken is just the beginning of his actions.
It is wildly inappropriate that taxpayer money should be used to tolerate, promote or perform these kinds of controversial procedures on healthy children, he added.
That’s not all.
We can’t turn a blind eye to what’s happening across our country, and as governor, I will not allow life-changing “transitional” surgeries in young children in the state of Oklahoma,” he said.
The governor decided to address the issue because of an advertisement that appeared in one of the hospitals. It concerned an offer for procedures to “confirm sex” for minors.
