Will Joe Biden become president of the United States in another term?
In the latest poll, Catholics have decided. The EWTN News/RealClear Opinion Research poll, which was conducted Sept. 12-19 among Catholics, was released Monday. It included 1,581 Catholic voters and had a margin of error of 2.5%. The survey was conducted via phone calls, text messages, and email. It’s worth noting that the poll shows declining support for Joe Biden among Hispanic Catholics.
Even though Joe Biden is the second Catholic president of the United States the poll shows that he still has a problem with support among Catholics. When asked how Biden is doing as president, 52 percent of Catholics responded negatively and 47 percent expressed strong disapproval, while 46 percent approved and 14 percent said they strongly approved of Biden’s presidency. It should be added that the number of strongly disapprove was much higher than the number of strongly approve. 2 percent of respondents said they had no opinion. Catholic voters also said which issues were most important to them. These include the economy and inflation, which they say are the biggest issues.
Many respondents also point to a problem in education due to the coronavirus outbreak. 58 percent of Catholics believe Biden should not seek a second term in 2024. His release is supported by only 22 percent of respondents. 19 percent of Catholics are unsure of their choice.
