Recently, foreign Christian media reported on the outrageous behavior of abortion supporters outside a church. Here’s what was done.
Outrageous events recently occurred outside a church in Lansing, Michigan. Abortion supporters vandalized the church by spray painting the sidewalk, front door, and parish sign of Resurrection Church. It was vandalized with pro-abortion and anti-Catholic graffiti.
Footage was released in early October (8 October) showing three, hooded vandals spray-painting the church pavement, front door and parish sign.
“Our hope and our prayer is that those who did this in our parish church will not only be brought to justice, but brought to repentance, brought to an encounter with the love of Jesus, brought to the realization that anger destroys the soul while life in Christ brings only freedom, peace and healing.” – is how the recent events were commented on by the pastor of the parish, Rev. Steve Mattson.
Journalist Joe Bukuras of the Catholic News Agency also commented on the situation.
“Three hooded individuals caught on camera vandalizing a Catholic church in Lansing, Michigan, Oct. 8 with pro-abortion and anti-Catholic graffiti,” he tweeted.
“I’m just very hurt and sad that people would destroy our place of worship, our church.” -said one parishioner in the video.
It added that abortion is violence against a defenseless human being, and the actions of abortion advocates who use violence against others show that any such organizations are based on violence.
